TEK-SIL - Gutter and roof heated mats (coming soon)

*SOLVING THE PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH:
ICICLES, ROOF DAMMING, AND SNOW-ICE OVERLOADS*
Heating cables can only melt a small surface area due to their size, but our silicone heated mats, cover a larger surface area and are much more effective. They are available in 4-inch width for gutters, and 12- and 24-inch widths for roofs. They heat up rapidly and are efficient in melting snow and ice, inside your gutters, downspouts, roof-borders, valleys, flat roofs, drains, etc.
- They are available in 120V as well as 240V, for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
- They are available in many various lengths starting at 5ft., 10ft., 15ft. etc., up to 50 ft. length.
- They can be controlled with a SMART application system, as well as snow sensor controls, thermostats, or Wi-Fi.
For large projects, we recommend a TENSIO control system, for a fully automated surveillance system, where snow and ice play a serious factor in overloading your roof.

No more ice clogged gutters
Advanced Gutter and Roof Protection
Snow-melting gutter mats help protect roofs and gutters by preventing ice buildup and dangerous icicles. These heated mats maintain a consistent temperature, ensuring that snow and ice melt gradually instead of refreezing and causing blockages. By keeping gutters clear, they reduce the risk of ice dams, which can lead to roof leaks, structural damage, and heavy icicle formation. Additionally, they improve water drainage, preventing gutters from sagging or detaching due to excess ice weight. Installing snow-melting mats is a proactive way to extend the lifespan of your roofing system and reduce winter maintenance issues.

Advanced Protection
Cables vs Heated Mats
Heated cables and mats both help prevent ice buildup in gutters, but they work differently. Heated cables are thin, flexible wires that run along the gutters and downspouts, melting snow in specific paths. While effective, they often leave gaps where ice can still form. Heated mats, on the other hand, provide full surface coverage, ensuring even melting across gutters and roof edges. The main advantage of mats is their consistent heat distribution, which reduces the risk of ice dams and improves drainage more effectively than cables. Additionally, mats are often easier to install and more durable, making them a better long-term solution for winter roof protection.

STAY SAFE. STAY CLEAR - MELT ICE BEFORE IT APPEARS!
Prevent Ice Dams and Icicles
Heated snow-melting roof mats provide an effective solution for preventing ice dams and icicles, which can cause significant roof damage and safety hazards. By maintaining a consistent temperature, these mats melt snow and ice before it can accumulate, ensuring that water flows safely through the gutters instead of refreezing at the edges. This prevents heavy ice buildup, which can lead to roof leaks, structural damage, and falling icicles that pose a danger to people below. By improving water drainage and reducing ice formation, heated roof mats enhance safety, protect property, and minimize costly repairs during winter months.
