Refund policy

Returns of goods will be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date and accompanied by a return number authorized by KEMF (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). A restocking fee of 20% will be applied from the 15^th day to the 30^th  day and if the item is  not in the original packaging and in a good condition for resale. 

Return costs must be prepaid. No return against reimbursement (C.O.D.) will be accepted.  The original shipping fee is not refundable. Any returned product must be in its original packaging and in good condition for resale. The mats come with a two (2) year limited warranty. The guarantee will become null and void if the product has been modified or transformed in any way after its delivery by the Company.

KEMF Inc. will not be responsible for orders placed on the site or directly and which are not compatible with the customer's electrical installations. All electrical characteristics of the mats and accessories are described on our website and it is the customer's responsibility to read and understand these characteristics before purchasing the product.

Defective products: if the mat is found to be defective before the end of the two (2) year warranty period, the item will be repaired or replaced according to the mats warranty policy. No refunds will be given for defective products.

Final Sale items not eligible for returns : all extensions; including short and long custom extensions.
