KEMF Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 – 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 – 7 business days to a city in Canada. We will let you know when your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - Our store is located at:

Please allow 2 – 3 business days to process your order. Orders can be picked up daily, from 8:30 am – 5pm (Mondays to Fridays). An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Client will need to confirm the date and time of the pickup via email.
SHIPPING RATES
Orders are generally shipped out from the KEMF warehouse within 2 – 3 business days using UPS.

The delivery is between 2 - 7 days.
The shipping rates are depending on the size and weight that applies to orders shipping.
All shipping rates do not include insurance value of the goods. If you want insurance value included in the shipping rate, please request a quote by email at info@kemf.ca or https://kemf.ca/pages/request-for-quote
Furthermore, KEMF is not responsible for any lost, damage or delays caused by the transport carriers.

displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, please enquire about your country by sending KEMF a quote request or an email to info@kemf.ca
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
On USD orders, after the purchase, if there are extra charges (duties, customs and brokerage fees), the customer would be invoiced for it.
If the purchase is not made through the KEMF website and the customer is using their own shipping and broker company , KEMF is not responsible for the charges (duties, customs and brokerage fees) if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns of goods will be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date and accompanied by a return number authorized by KEMF (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). A restocking fee of 20% will be applied from the 15th day to the 30th day and if the item is not in the original packaging and in a good condition for resale. Return shipping costs must be prepaid. The original shipping fee is not refundable. Shipping costs are not refundable. No return against reimbursement (C.O.D.) will be accepted. Any returned product must be in its original packaging and in good condition for resale. The mats come with a two (2) year limited warranty. The guarantee will become null and void if the product has been modified or transformed in any way after its delivery by the Company. KEMF Inc. will not be responsible for orders placed on the site or directly and which are not compatible with the customer's electrical installations. All electrical characteristics of the mats and accessories are described on our website and it is the customer's responsibility to read and understand these characteristics before purchasing the product. Defective products: if the mat is found to be defective before the end of the two (2) year warranty period, the item will be repaired or replaced according to the mats warranty policy. No refunds will be given for defective products.
Final Sale items not eligible for returns : all extensions; including short and long custom extensions.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as
possible at info@kemf.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
